Part-time Super Specialists and Specialists work a minimum of 16 hours a week (4 days a week). The notice sets a case-to-case consolidated amount for those hours, plus Rs. 1,500 per extra hour for Super Specialists or Rs. 800 per extra hour for Specialists.
