What experience and age conditions matter?
The general conditions require 15 years overall service including at least five relevant years for serial numbers 1-8. The HR/IR role has 25 years overall service including at least 10 relevant years. The upper ages are 63 for rows 1-8 and 67 for row 9, assessed as of 30 September 2026.
